Sunway Lagoon Theme Park

The Sunway Lagoon Theme Park is fun for young and old! With so many different areas that have so many different activities catering for all people, you can spend a whole day there, and may not even get to do or see everything!
The pool areas can get very busy, but there is still room to sit and enjoy the artificial waves on the man made beach, and the children could swim in the pools, or they could splash around, or if you just wanted to catch the sun, there was room to relax!
The wildlife shows were very entertaining and members of the audience were asked to participate. The presenters were very good, and people were able to take photo's.
There is a good souvenir shop there that stocks everything you need, from towels in case you forget one, to sunblock to clothing, to drinks. There are also areas around the park, that provide food and drink. One thing to remember though, is that you are not allowed to bring in your own food or drink.
There is also a surf shop in one area, which had a great range of genuine name brand clothes.
The rides at the different theme areas, eg Wild Wild West, catered for all levels of excitement! From the nervous to the wild at heart!. On some of them you need to be aware that you will get wet!!
There are plenty of areas available to just sit and rest and have a drink in the shade, after walking around the park, and that is good to know, as sometimes the heat can sap the energy of the older folk!
The only other thing to remember is that the Park is closed on Tuesdays. You can access their website for pricing and opening times, but if you get the time, it is well worth putting a day aside to visit this wonderful place!
